Common questions
Do I need to be certified to join?

No. You join first, then declare your practices and host an inspection.

Who inspects my farm?

Trained members from neighbouring farms. Nobody scores their own farm.

How long does a certificate last?

Twelve months, with a re-inspection at least once a year.

What happens if I score below the band?

Between 75% and 89% you are conditional: named corrections and a re-check, usually within ninety days. Below 75% the certificate is suspended and listings come down.

Can a buyer check my certificate?

Anyone can, without an account, using the number printed on it.

Does the assessment work without signal?

Yes. Answers, photographs and GPS pins are held on the device and upload when you reconnect.

Can I sell produce that is not certified?

Not through this market. Listings carry the certification status of the farm behind them.

What if I disagree with a score?

The constitution sets how disputes are raised and decided. Ask an administrator to start it.
