Do I need to be certified to join?+
No. You join first, then declare your practices and host an inspection.
Who inspects my farm?+
Trained members from neighbouring farms. Nobody scores their own farm.
How long does a certificate last?+
Twelve months, with a re-inspection at least once a year.
What happens if I score below the band?+
Between 75% and 89% you are conditional: named corrections and a re-check, usually within ninety days. Below 75% the certificate is suspended and listings come down.
Can a buyer check my certificate?+
Anyone can, without an account, using the number printed on it.
Does the assessment work without signal?+
Yes. Answers, photographs and GPS pins are held on the device and upload when you reconnect.
Can I sell produce that is not certified?+
Not through this market. Listings carry the certification status of the farm behind them.
What if I disagree with a score?+
The constitution sets how disputes are raised and decided. Ask an administrator to start it.
